After a heli ride to Fox Glacier, New Zealand, we hiked around with a great guide, and got our nerd on with tons of facts and history. Towards the end we were given the opportunity to drink the melt ... pure glacial water. You could see some sort of dark, heavy sediment and floaties from God know's what and from when (shudder) .... Here's to you Fox Glacier ! Bottoms UP! Of course I did !
