Sally the Saker Falcon
Sally the Saker Falcon was owned by a falconer who passed on, and she has become a fixture at the Orphaned Wildlife Rehabilitation Society (O.W.L.) in Ladner, BC. This large, beautiful raptor is native to Africa but is on the Endangered list, due to habitat loss. Photographed from just a foot away on an O.W.L. Open House weekend.
