This is few hot air balloons that were still on the ground during their cold air inflation. I saw this clown balloon in the foreground where you can see his tear and right behind him is another balloon with this smiling face. These balloons were few of several hundreds that flew during the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta in New Mexico.
