Malnourishment Haunts
Amidst the Amazon Rainforest lives an indigenous tribe known as, Yagua. The Yagua people still use a traditional hunting method using a blowgun tipped with poison to paralyze their prey. This particular family welcomes travelers to their home for demonstrations of their hunting tactics, dances, and way of life. A young boy shows signs of malnourishment, as did many others we came across in the tribe.
