I was trying to capture some motion in the Ferris Wheel while playing around with some shutter speeds. With the lights starting in the middle and rippling to the outside, a curve in the circle become evident, creating this mandala effect. Other shapes that seemed to show up included a star, but this was the most pleasing result.
