I lived in Vermont for a long time and going back to spend time with friends in the Green Mountains is always wonderful. It is quite common for sunsets to create a deep, moody color. As I shot this, a couple happened to be enjoying a stroll under a very old sugar maple! Imagine the amount of sunsets this tree has seen! Taken at Shelburne Farms
