    Many beach birds along the shore but yet only one was off on his own. No one else was on the beach for it was getting cold on a January evening. As I followed the bird along the shore, the bird would quicken its steps and peer over it's shoulder and suddenly slow down. Some how I started to wonder if this bird was leading me somewhere. Many animals have that connection with humans and tend to have a reason they want followed. I ended up finding my lens cap that I somehow left behind on a log.
