    Due to extensive conservation work, fragile mosses flourish on the moist, cold soil at Key Summit, located in the South of New Zealand. Visitors are not allowed on the soil at the summit, and have to walk on a narrow raised wooden platform. This allows the mosses to grow undisturbed, resulting in a landscape covered in amazing colours and textures.
