    The photo was taken at Ga-ryu (Sleeping Dragon) Garden in late spring in Nagano, Japan. The cherry blossom tree was reflected in the pond, while its fallen petals floated on the surface. The koi (carps) swam just beneath the pond's surface, occasionally breaking through.

    The fallen petals look like stars in the watery sky....you have created a poem with your image. There are so many layers here for me to ponder. You have the ability to transform that which you encounter by using your camera. That is a gift. Thank you for sharing.
