Rising well before sunrise, we proceeded to a high viewpoint in Sagada, a municipality in the Mountain Province of the Philippines, where we could watch sunrise from above the clouds. We took numerous photos as the sun rose and the clouds began to rise. Having taken all the photos of sunrise, we proceeded back to the town. And that was when I caught the light coming through the forest.
