    Edit Photo Details A Window into Buddha's Happiness   #thailand #ayutthaya #buddha_statue
On a warm day in Ayutthaya, Thailand, I walked by what looked like to be another brick wall when I felt something looking at me in my peripheral vision. I turned to see this amazing statue of a semi-hidden reclining Buddha. I tried my best to capture what I saw - warm colors illuminating the face of the Buddha from his gold robe and gold-leaf kissed face. I wanted to show his expression of being free from suffering and existing in pure happiness.
