GORUCK Challenge, Bellevue, WA, March, 30, 2013 12:14am. The Cadre (Special Forces Green Beret) standing on a walkway that passes through a marshland. The Team is on the other side of that fence, headlamps shining, holding the US Flag, slowly trudging through cold, wet, muddy, smelly decaying filth. It is in this misery that teamwork is developed.
