Walking around jetlagged at sunrise, I found The Bund area to be perfect for photos. People are just starting their day: walking, flying kites, and exercising as they welcome the new day. October was the perfect time to visit, as the morning sun was aligned perfectly with the skyline. I took photographs as this man performed Tai Chi; I was careful not to disturb his routine.
