    Reported by:

Knut, a Norwegian guy staying at the surfhouse, looks out onto the Atlantic Ocean, as the waves roll in and out, creating a huge mirror of the 3km long, flat beach. We are staying in the small fishing village of Famara on the north-east coast of Lanzarote. During the week we were there, the water was often choppy, making it tough going for us as beginners.
