This is the close up shot i got of the same Kea. These guys are only found in the South Island of New Zealand. The worlds only Alpine parrot, and very cheaky indeed. They are commonly found at Authurs Pass, Homer Tunnel and Frans Joseph Glacier. I was lucky enough to see a Kea at each of those places.
