My boyfriend at the time took my for a drive in Kuwait to a "nature reserve" which consisted of a couple of shrubs and a dead sheep, however we did spot a fox :-0! Anyway, I was dressed in a pair of sandals and it was pretty dark....we went to sit down on the ground to observe the fox and quickly realised we were surrounded by GIANT ants, I instantly feared for my toes!
