A very descriptive image of the geographical situation of Ladakh,the northernmost region of India.Situated in the dry part of Himalayan range,the region presents lot of challenges for the transportation by road.The image shows the condition of the roads with lot of hairpin shaped loops have to face.The snowfall of 6 months a year is another problem to keep these roads in order,but the Border Security Force of India handles the situation very well.
