    Lake Enriquillo is one of only a few saltwater lakes in the world inhabited by crocodiles, near Neiba Bay in the Dominican Rep.. The lake is the natural habitat of the crocodile Americanus and the iguanas, Rinoceront and Ricordi. Lake Enriquillo covers an area of 375 km2, and is the lowest point in the Caribbean, falling 45 below sea level.
