    While waiting to cross the street I looked up at this old hotel which was converted into apartments and I noticed this naked woman in the window and quickly took the picture. I then realized there was no hurry afterwards, she as if blind continued to gaze out the window without ever looking at me. Many of the people who live there are mentally disturbed and for them daily life can be a challenge. It was sunny out but not more than 40%.
