The Pulteney Swan
I'd ventured out to do a spot of night photography in my hometown of Bath. Setting up to capture the famous Pulteney Bridge, I noticed a swan appear from under the arches. I quickly grabbed my camera from the tripod, changed from my long exposure settings to a high ISO and wide aperture and fired off a couple of frames as the swan moved over the reflections in the water. I've only just switched from my Nikon D3s to D810 but I'm super impressed with it's low light performance and image quality.
