Downstream. "Velhas" river.
Countryside of municipality "Presidente Juscelino", Minas Gerais state, Brazil. The river basin is located in the central region Minas Gerais, With an elongated shape in the north-south direction, the Velhas river is the largest tributary in extension of the São Francisco river, having its source in the city of Ouro Preto, flowing into the river San Francisco, downstream of the "Três Marias" dam. With around 750 km long, this river is very important for region to guard the story this state.
