After witnessing for the first time the traditional Polar Bear Plunge on Coney Island, NY where hundreds of people jump-start the year by getting into the frigid waters of the Atlantic on January 1st. I decided that some day I also want to do this. Yes, I will document it and post it here at Your Shot. Crazy? maybe! but watching how much fun everybody was having I want to find out for myself what is all the fuss about.
