    This falcon had just killed a shore bird along the beach just outside of Ocean Shores Washington. The bird had two bands on its legs,most likely from state fish and game.He allowed me to get very close because he did not want to leave his meal.I have tried to get photos of these birds for many years and they would usually take off at about the 50 yard mark.
