The Wishing Well
Four young boys contemplate the finer things in life...as they enviously watch colorful fish swimming below in an ancient well, now used as a fish pond. The well is part of a larger ornamental walled garden built during Tudor times at the Cressing Temple medieval farmstead built by the Templars in the 14th century. It bears the distinction of having the oldest original timberframed barn in all of Europe...but these boys just want to go fishing...or throw coins in to make a wish. Magic moments.
