    Edit Photo Details Scouting for food   #birds #nature #wildlife #winter #snow
Here are some birds who were looking for food. One in the front is a song sparrow who stays year round. Background is a slate color junco who also stays the year round too. I put out food all winter especially when we have had lots of snow. When the ground is covered in snow it makes it more challenging for animals to find food sources. Birds do not hibernate and need to food to stay warm.
