    Reported by:

Early spring at the Carnegie Trails. The motor bike on top of the hill gives scale to the trails. In another 2 months, the landscape will change completely. Everything will be scorched by the California sun and turn brown. If you can imagine, I was carrying my camera gear in a backpack. Every so often, I would pull over, frantically pull out my camera, snap-off a shot, shove it back into my bag, and get back to riding before getting run over.
