    I seen this bald eagle while I was driving. Perched along side the Labadie power plant road. There were two others close by. One was a juvenile that did not have it's white hood or tail. The warm discharge water from power plants always attract eagles in the winter months. It gives them a place to fish when the rest of the river freezes over.
