Over 3 days, the clouds kept this glacier hidden from us. Then on our last day at Skaftafell, on an early morning walk, the clouds lifted to reveal this beautiful panorama. For an hour we marveled at this river of ice, actually 2 glaciers at the top, converging and gouging the rock to form a ribbon of debris between. Then as we were about to leave, the clouds descended again to hide its secret!
