The quality of this shot is poor but I wanted to share this because this gorillas name is Poppy and she is pictured here with her infant. Poppy was a research gorilla when the late Dian Fossey was in Virungas National Park working tirelessly to protect this species....and that she did. It was a special treat to see her thriving.
