Laguna Quilotoa in Latacunga, Ecuador. This volcanic crater lake spans about 3km and you can hike down to bottom. Though, the problem with that is you have to get back up, which means a gain of 450m over a km in mostly lose sand and dirt. The payoff is pretty spectacular.
