    Mrs. Mendoza, since she was 12 years old she's dedicated to the manufacture of Zapotec Rugs in Teotitlán del Valle. Now, she´s 73 years old and she still making Rugs at her home with her daughter and husband. In this particular photo, she is brushing the wool to make it thin and then she could transform into thread and after that she will pigment it. Transition: From wool to a Handcrafted Rug.
