    Sitting at this public promenade and just waiting for the decisive moment of motion blur and static motion. The intent was to create the space in between with the people either standing in conversation or walking by in motion. So the technique was to shoot at a slow shutter to capture what was in motion while illuminating the neon signs in the space.
