This photo was taken outside a church. After attending the mass, people usually have their snack before heading elsewhere. The child in the picture decided to have ice scream that was sold by a street vendor. It called "sorbetes" or "dirty ice cream" here in the Philippines. It's really not dirty. The reason why we call it that way is because its not made by big commercial companies, but are usually made by the vendors themselves or from a small ice cream plant.
