Jorge works as part of a four-man crew demolishing a building with no equipment but sledgehammers and hacksaws. No arrangement with the landowner exists and they will not be paid for their work - it is a tacit agreement that the men will demolish the dilapidated building and claim the steel for sale. The metal must first be beaten out of the concrete - it is an onerous and dangerous task as the building collapses around them, but such salvage work is relied upon by Honduras' many unemployed.
