    En route to Trincomalee on the Anuradhapura-Mrawewa road, we came across a reservoir (sri lanka has no natural lakes) known as 'Mahakandarawa Wewa' where we witnessed a fishing eagle swoop down and catch a fish - too fast for me and my camera. Consoled myself by photographing the scenery.
