Walking up to the Coliseum, I had been photographing an amazing composition of clouds that seemed to radiate from behind the ancient structure, highlighting its magnificence, when I saw the white bridal gown from a ways away. I hurried up to the bride and groom and noticed they were having photographs taken, not having their ceremony. The ancient ruins as a backdrop to their new beginning lifted the simple photo shoot to the sublime.
