Siddi tribe is one of the major tribal communities of Gujarat and this tribe is also known by the names of Siddhi, Sheedi and Habshi. This tribal community has occupied a considerable portion of the state of Gujarat, in Jhambur they eats Supari and Pan, they declare that they don't eat Mahuva. They eat rice and mutton which they called Akhni, in sweets they eat Gundi Gathia during marriages. Their daily food is majorly vegetarian Gujarati food; few times they also prefer eating fish.
