    This photo was taken at The Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian. There was a presentation of Kaypi Festival from Peru. There were: an art market, photo exhibitions of Machu Picchu and the Inka Road, traditional dances and music, as well as alpacas. The dancers are in some kind of frame made from the audience.
