This little guy is a frequent visitor. He is a Hawaiian Tern and is part of a flock of 6 birds living in the trees outside our condo in Honolulu, Hawaii. We see them sail in the wind during the day as they make their way out to sea to fish. They have little webbed feet. An interesting feature of the Hawaiian Tern are the eyes which look like they wear eyeliner. They are a beautiful white color & glow when they fly at night in the dark. They live in trees but do not build nests.
