Watching a storm make its way across the lake in 2014. There is nothing like a storm day during the winter in Lake Tahoe; there is an electricity in the air, anticipation of sick powder lines, and that quiet that the snow brings. With the California drought, we need more storms like these, not only to lift the locals' spirits, but also to ensure water security and the livelihood of the community surrounding the lake.
