    Seen below one of our buildings in Sri Lanka's Hill Country, the women have the back breaking task of separating individual rice plants from the small bundles left by the men, then planting them. The muddy fields make it difficult for the women to keep their balance when moving around as can be seen by the woman in the yellow cap leaning on her neighbour!
