The Lady in the Field
She came and greeted me, when I walked from the road to the middle of the field. She spoke to me in Thai and explained what was going on - I guess.
Her walk, her voice, her look and her smile spoke to me.
Our two life paths crossed for a few minutes - But I will never forget the strength in her hands when she asked me to try to pick the rice in the water.
