200 + Years of Life
This tree has long been a landmark in Sarnia's north end. The Historical Society has acknowledged the 200 + years that this tree has survived. And it remains strong. A Burr Oak, this is a spectacular tree. The bough, that is on a diagonal on the left hand side of the image, extends horizontally outward from the main trunk for over a 100 feet, across the houses driveway.
