    I found these perfectly round mushrooms while looking for snakes and lizards and I thought how cool these would be to macro. I took shots from the top and the bottom and I thought this picture would make a great Tree of Life Assignment submission. I love how you can see the stalk of the mushroom like the trunk of a tree and I love the little hairs on the top and bottom that are in focus.
