This is a shot taken in my garden when suddenly I saw this small caterpillar trying to break through a dry leaf that perhaps had fallen on it from the tree above. So lucky I was to be waiting with a camera with macro photography capability. In these days when we hear about many insects and birds getting extinct, this photo symbolizes the challenges these small creatures have to overcome to remain a part of this mighty world.
