The Hawa Mahal is world famous. It has been shot by millions of photographers but always surrounded by large crowds and wild traffic.I wanted the pink palace without the crowd or traffic. With much luck and persistent it worked. A local shopkeeper told there will be a "Hartal" (strike) next morning;
