Little-blue Heron with Great Egret
LITTLE-BLUE HERON: Except for the tell-tale slate blue bill with the black tip, young Little-blues don’t look like the adults at all. They are all white and more closely resemble the Snowy Egret, minus the “golden slippers” of the Snowy.
THE GREAT EGRET (Ardea alba), also known as the common egret, large egret or (in the Old World) great white heron, is a large, widely distributed egret.
Photograph have been taken at National Zoological Park, New Delhi, India.
