I took Lexi for a run on Wisconsin Point after work on Friday. The weather was beautiful, sunny and unseasonably warm. I walked around without a jacket or shoes. The dune grass and pine needles were prickly on my feet. The sand was hot where it was in the sun all day, but nice and cool in the shadows. Green plants were popping up here and there, and the trees and bushes were starting to bud. I liked the shape of this pine tree on the shore of Allouez Bay.
