Every autumn I pick a day to explore and photograph an area when the scent and feel of fall is in the air. On this particular day I was walking along the shore of Suttle Lake and noticed the boat docks were still in the water and looked so peaceful with the summer season's activity long gone. I especially liked the contrasts of the light docks against the dark water and background.
