    This gentleman spotted me with my camera and asked me if I would take his photo. He seemed passionate about his message, but at the time I didn't understand why he was carrying a DC Restaurant Week sign with what appeared to be a sign eluding to government conspiracies. Upon later review of the image, it seems the Restaurant Week poster was being used in a supporting role to his "you want food, and we want information" message. I never did figure out the significance of the mask.
